Product Description Review: Waste of money - Damaged product Review: Wonder! My best investment in the kitchen - I bought this unit in USA and with great difficulty managed to find one with a 220V plug. I find it is simply wonderful. I cook Indian dishes too. The meat is prepared in the Sous Vide (SV) method and added to the prepared curry/masalas and finished with a short burst of high heat. If stirred too often the meat will get shredded. Shrimp & fish come out very succulent and not rubbery like when it is pan fried. Tandoori style marinated meats are simply wonderful. Marinate in tandoori masala and SV it. Finish of in a pan fry or place in oven with the marinade at high heat. Don’t overcook. 👍👍👍

Please arrange a return or repair. The product is not working.

this does not work in india.. it needs 120 volts input.. we need to buy a step down inverter to make this happen :(

Horrible experience
Broke on the first use. Tried to contact Amazon as well as supplier for help.they refuse to take accountability and replace the item.Do not buy any product from this supplier

The machine doesn’t work ! Strangely this was ordered on 3d April 2024 , it was delivered on 27th April 2024 .. THE RETURN WINDOW SHUT ON 26th APRIL , ONE DAY BEFOR THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED !
