Great game always,, but re-invented for much more fun
The Game came just in time,, I always loved monopoly the classic one,, this new one is really a revolution. The clean and sleek cards and houses and hotels makes the game experience wonderful. What I like most is the changes in the chance that you can have a random chance while removing you card from the machine,, It rings and reads a chance, this chance get effective on that player immediately. So all of the players when we hear that sound we put out faces directly over the machine to read what will it say. everyone very excited and worried from the result. The improvements in the game play are good to the fun side of the game. The only thing i don't like in it is the auction button as it counts down and the last bidder wins, so its very lame,, but I avoided using it. Making the auctions the old way we are used to; the higher bidder wins and no time constrains.OVERALL: Great game,, good value for money,, More than expectation.

Great Game and Fast Shipping!
If you are the older kid in the fam and are trying to get your monopoly tradition going, you are forced to be the banker which could get hectic! This is the best product because it has the electronic banking! Every other electronic banking monopolies that I've tried, are for up to 4 people, but this one can be played with up to 6 players. It came really quickly which is awesome! Thanks for that (y)

Classic formula ruined by poor execution
I understand the desire to refresh the experience of playing this iconic game, I took the bait...but is doesn't work for a couple of reasons:- the debit card system actually slows down game-play and is far too cumbersome (especially when paying rent to other players)- the round board gets very crowded, especially when more than one player is sitting on a property with houses- the game pieces are too big, not attractive and tip over too easyThe 'paperless' idea has traction and appeal but in this execution it falls flat. The new game play styles/rules are nice but they can be printed off the internet and used on a standard board. I purchased this 2 years ago and have not played since the first weekend, that should say it all.

Revolution Monopoly Digital Board Game
This was hours of Adult fun. Game still lasted 5 hrs, but with the use of Credit cards in the game and a few changes in the rules about property management, it was a blast! Vocal auctions, stealing property of a like color, and the family time around the table was great! Not that we want our kids to learn to use credit, but plastic is a realistic way to show you still have to have self control and balance funds on every turn.

Monopoly, just a little faster.
Take your standard Monopoly board game and mash it into a circular game board. Then every property either gets purchased or auctioned off. So it takes 4-6 hours to play the game instead of 8. In addition they've added two more spaces to the utilities group. Free Parking is gone. One of the greatest features in it is the Electronic Banking Machine. It has all the chance and community chest cards built into the machine. And better yet, it randomizes good and back luck cards. Its hard to describe, but randomly buying and selling properties the machine will give you a free chance card and display it on the machine. It's actually really cool.It was great playing this game over Christmas, and I would highly recommend this to any fan of Monopoly.

Monopoly game
Very please with the purchase price of the Monopoly game. Very disappointed that the game arrived in it's original box, with a dent, as the individual I gave the game to is an avid Monopoly game collector.

The best version of Monopoly!
they take all the gresat ideas from a few good monopolies and put them all in one for a more compact cleaner and overall more fun game! I would deffinately suggest this buy though I also suggest putting a time limit on how long your game goes as it is alot more fun that way and easier to count everyones money!

Sometimes The Old Way Is Still the Best Way!
I am far from old-fashioned and neither am I a "Luddite" - I love technology and am, in fact, quite a geek when it comes to electronic gadgets. But, having grown up playing the classic Monopoly board game (like millions of other Americans), I just can't bring myself to like this New Age, high tech version of the classic. What don't I like? Well:* The round board with the elongated, slender "landing spots". As stated before, I'm no "square", but I really, REALLY do not like the round board. I miss the symmetry of the old square board, with the special corner landing spots, and the properties arrayed on the sides based on value. Yes, as you go around this new round board, the old familiar properties increase in value just like the classic square board. But, with the round board, I find myself searching for properties since the round shape has no beginning & end at first glance. It's just not as easy to use.* The newly designed game pieces. Yes, they are attractive & modern-looking. But, they are all the same shape, a chrome-looking plastic base with a rectangular clear "tombstone" sticking up with an outline of each classic piece in various colors. I miss the 3D shape of the classic pieces when handling these new ones. I am not as "drawn" to the dog or the hat or the shoe on these new pieces as I am to the old metal ones. They're just not as fun!* The lack of "Monopoly Money". Yes, this is probably the game's main "selling point", i.e., the use of debit / credit cards inserted into the game computer as opposed to paper play money. But, I miss being "the banker" & counting out the cash. Furthermore, I find the way the debit / credit cards work to be poorly designed. Why two separate slots for the cards in the computer, one for credits & one for debits? I think a better design would be one slot with a plus / minus button on the keypad. We are all used to using electronic calculators, so this shouldn't be foreign to anyone & it would eliminate the possibility of sticking your card in the wrong slot by mistake.* The lack of "Chance" & "Community Chest" cards. Yes, there is a similar "Chance" space on which you can land, but it involves pressing a button on the "computer" &, when your game piece shape comes up, pressing the button again to hear a popular song related to your game piece from the device's tinny speaker (the songs get very old, very quickly), and then having to read your "Chance" instructions as they scroll across the bottom of two-line LED display. Cumbersome.* The dice - they are "milky-translucent" with pale silver dots - hard to read! What do I like? Not much:* I kind of like the new houses and hotels. While they are similarly sized & shaped compared to the "classics", and the same green & red colors, they are translucent plastic which looks kind of cool. I do like this change...Bottom line, I'll stick to the classic version. This one is just not as fun to me, and not as enjoyable to play.
